Thanks Josh! If you’re running an SR1 at a competitive pace, you certainly have the skill to adjust to an SR3!

I always felt that the job of sales at Radical was probably the easiest. Give them a few laps in the car and the first question is, where do I sign.
First corner of a Challenge race is always very interesting. In the SR1 I always watched with interest cars pirouetting onto the grass, parting the waves for me to come through from the back.Always made a load of places at the start, to slowly loose them once the SR3s came on song. SR1 slicks are smaller and I always seemed to get them planted quicker than the 3’s although it still took several laps to get the ultimate grip. I managed the whole season on 2 sets.
I spent the year being completely outbraked and watching the SR3s lift or flat on the quicker corners. There was rarely anything in it down the straights, even with the front chaps. There was many an early lift at the end of the straights, when being lapped, having gone side by side the whole straight and having learnt early on that it was a little too easy to get “rubbed”.
The challenge in an SR3 is becoming tempting.
